Prior to founding Rubix Solutions, she supported some of the top companies in the world including Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook), and Gartner Inc.
Janie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Marshall University. She continues to stay abreast of industry trends and leadership best practices to bring cutting-edge knowledge to Rubix Solutions. The foundation was created in 1965 by our CEO’s grandparents, Dr. William Prudich, and his wife Phyllis. The foundation was originally created to support children and families in need around the holidays in their small town of Montcalm, WV.
In its current state, the foundation still supports families around the holidays and has expanded to supporting families year-round. While focusing on ensuring local families basic needs are being met, the foundation supports families in times of crisis including instances of houses burning down and flooding.
In her role as CEO, Janie remains committed to guiding Rubix Solutions toward new heights of success, all while staying true to the values that define her personally, and the organization’s identity. This led Rubix Solutions to becoming a part of the SBA HUBZone program. The values of the HUBZone program and the Prudich Memorial Christmas Tree Foundation align with supporting underutilized areas.
